Who We Are

Structured Elements Marketing ("we," "us") is a veteran-owned marketing, print, and signage company with offices in San Antonio and Pleasanton, Texas. This policy covers our website, our client-facing tools (including assessments, the client project portal, and related applications on structured-elements.com subdomains), and our internal business integrations.

Information We Collect

Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, company name, and business details you submit through contact forms, assessments, quote requests, intake forms, or the client portal — including files you choose to upload (such as brand assets or project reference materials).

Information collected automatically: standard website analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device/browser type) via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Our client tools use session cookies strictly for login functionality.

Information from accounting integrations: for existing clients, our internal project-tracking system may receive your business contact details (name, email, billing address) and invoice line-item descriptions from our accounting software (QuickBooks Online) in order to set up your client account and track delivery of the services you purchased. We do not receive or store your bank account, credit card, or payment credentials through this integration.

How We Use It

To respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, deliver purchased products and services, track project progress, provide client portal access, improve our website, and communicate with you about your projects. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Who Can See Your Information

Your information is visible only to our staff, and to you through your own client portal account. Clients can only ever see their own account's information — never another client's. Service providers we use to operate our business (hosting, analytics, accounting) process data on our behalf under their own security obligations.

Security & Retention

All our sites and tools are served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes. Access tokens for third-party integrations are stored encrypted. We retain client project records for as long as needed to serve your account and meet legal/tax obligations.

Your Choices
