Agreement
These terms govern your use of the websites and online tools operated by Structured Elements Marketing ("we," "us"), including our marketing site, free assessments, and the client project portal. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Client Portal Access
Client portal accounts are provided by invitation only, as a courtesy to active clients of Structured Elements Marketing. Access lets you view the status of your own projects, complete intake forms, review and sign documents, and exchange project files with our team. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend or revoke portal access at any time; doing so does not affect the underlying service agreement for work you have purchased.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to attempt to access other clients’ data, probe or disrupt the service, upload malicious files, or use the tools for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
Deliverables you have purchased and paid for are yours per your service agreement. The tools themselves — including our software, assessments, diagnostic frameworks, and methodologies — remain our property. Portal access does not grant any license to our systems or processes beyond viewing and managing your own projects.
Service Availability & Disclaimer
The portal and online tools are provided "as is," as a convenience. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time. Project timelines, deliverables, and payment terms are governed by your individual service agreement, estimate, or invoice — not by these terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the online tools.
